One of the waiters from Il Bistro (the urban nook and cranny setting that far too few places in Seattle have) checks his iPhone before going back in to serve during what is always a very busy happy hour there. Good French food in Il Bistro, which can be found hidden right underneath Rachel the Pig in the cobblestoned Post Alley.
