the now cleared old site of the Scottish & Newcastle Brewery is being built upon at last, this last phase should have started a while ago but as with many projects everywhere it went into stasis with the economy crash, now something being built here, don't know what yet. Shot from table outside pub by the cinema across the road from the site, which is itself constructed on what used to be another part of the massive former brewery, the cinema, restaurant, pub complex was the first development on that old industrial site, helped top open up that area of town very nicely
