Pulling Tea

`/1nc3nt has added a photo to the pool:

Pulling Tea

Teh tarik (literally "pulled tea" or 拉茶 in Chinese) is derived from the pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation. It is made from black tea and condensed milk. A good Teh Tarik must have a good homogeneous froth with strong tea taste. Teh Tarik has it's origin in the Straits of Malaysia and can be found all over South East Asia.

Shot was made in Papa Ong - BSD Square using Mamiya 645 ProTL, 80mm/f2.8N and Kodak Ektacolor Pro ISO 160.

If you come by there, try their Kendondong Juice. Unforgettable.
